Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using HotelMaster.
Last updated: May 2, 2026
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hotelmaster.com website and mobile applications ("Platform") operated by HotelMaster Turizm Teknoloji A.Ş. ("HotelMaster", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms are read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and collectively govern the entire legal relationship between you and HotelMaster.
2. Service Description
HotelMaster is an Online Travel Agency (OTA) providing intermediary services between hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, and car rental firms ("Suppliers") and end users.
HotelMaster acts solely as an intermediary platform. The actual accommodation, tour, transfer, or car rental service is provided by the relevant Supplier. HotelMaster does not guarantee the quality or suitability of Supplier services.
Each booking made through the Platform creates a separate service contract directly between the user and the relevant Supplier. HotelMaster is not a party to that contract — it is an intermediary.
For package travel products (combining accommodation with transport or other services), additional protections under the EU Package Travel Directive 2015/2302 and equivalent legislation may apply.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, using the guardian's account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with third parties. Notify us immediately at info@hotelmaster.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
HotelMaster reserves the right to decline account applications or suspend existing accounts without providing reasons.
4. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: A booking request becomes binding upon confirmation by the Supplier. Confirmation is sent to your registered email address. A booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
Pricing: Prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change without notice. The final price shown at checkout is binding. Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of taxes and service fees; however, some properties may collect a resort fee or local taxes at the property.
Payment: Payments for transactions in Turkey are processed by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. or iyzico through PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. Card details are not stored on HotelMaster servers; tokenization is applied.
Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, HotelMaster reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
5. Cancellation, Modification, and Refunds
Cancellation and modification terms are set independently by each Supplier and are clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Please review these terms carefully before booking.
Free Cancellation: For accommodation options labelled "Free Cancellation", cancellations made before the specified deadline incur no charge.
Paid Cancellation: Cancellations outside the free-cancellation window may incur a partial or full cancellation fee as specified in the booking confirmation and dictated by the Supplier's policy.
Refund Timelines: Refunds are processed via the same payment channel used at booking. Credit/debit card refunds take 5–10 business days; bank transfer refunds take 3–5 business days, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
Force Majeure: If a stay cannot proceed due to force majeure events (natural disaster, pandemic, war, or government order), HotelMaster will use reasonable efforts in coordination with the Supplier to offer a fee-free cancellation or rebooking.
EU/EEA Users: Consumer rights under EU Package Travel Directive 2015/2302 apply to qualifying package bookings. Note that accommodation services are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(l)).
6. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of booking details (guest names, dates, passport details, etc.). HotelMaster is not liable for rejections or additional charges resulting from incorrect information.
Lawful Use: The Platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Fraudulent bookings, price manipulation, unauthorized data scraping, uploading malicious code, or any action that compromises platform security is strictly prohibited.
No Commercial Resale: Bookings made through the Platform are for personal use only. Reselling, repackaging, or using bookings for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Separate terms apply to registered agents.
Platform Integrity: The use of automated bots, scraping tools, circumvention mechanisms, or any action that places a disproportionate load on platform systems is prohibited.
Copyright: Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content (photographs, descriptions, design elements) without HotelMaster's written consent is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, databases, logos, graphics, and other materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of HotelMaster or its licensors, protected under Turkish copyright law, Turkish trademark law, and international intellectual property treaties.
The "HotelMaster" name and logo are proprietary marks. Their commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
For any content users upload to the Platform (reviews, photos, etc.), the user grants HotelMaster a royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use such content for Platform operations.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". HotelMaster makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption or error.
As an intermediary, HotelMaster makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of Supplier services. Complaints relating to the accommodation experience should be directed to the relevant Supplier in the first instance.
HotelMaster's maximum liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the net amount paid through the Platform for that booking. HotelMaster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws, the mandatory provisions of Turkish law, or the mandatory consumer protections applicable to users residing in the EU/EEA.
9. Force Majeure
HotelMaster shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fire, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, cyber-attacks, or other unforeseeable events ("Force Majeure").
In the event of Force Majeure, HotelMaster will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to present available resolution options (refund, rebooking, etc.).
10. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time via account settings or by writing to info@hotelmaster.com. Account closure does not affect existing active bookings, which remain governed by the relevant Supplier's terms.
HotelMaster may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligation.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply after termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
For consumers: Applications under the Consumer Protection Act No. 6502 may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees. This clause does not limit your rights under Turkish consumer law.
EU/EEA residents: Your mandatory rights under the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence are preserved. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
UK residents: Your mandatory rights under UK consumer legislation (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation) are preserved.
12. Amendments and Contact
HotelMaster may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to your registered email address and announced on the Platform homepage at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
